Managing the Build

Over the years the project has grown, and documentation has become important. I use a FileMaker Database to keep track of everything:

• Things I want to do in the future

• Inventory

• Spending

• Annual To-Do Lists

• Storage map - (Our storage system is even numbered based on the order of installation)

Build Side Effects

One nice side effect that we didn't plan on: Since the cemetery fog is constantly running during Halloween, and the thunder effect is relatively loud, about a block and a half away from our house, you start seeing a thin vapor of fog and start hearing thunder off in the distance. The fog gets thicker and the thunder gets louder as you get closer to the house. Very nice (unplanned) effect!
