Playground Build Notes

The playground consists of an animated teeter-toter and swing-set merry-go-round. The children's eye light up, but frankly with everything going on, you can't see that. I highlight the playground area with yellow lights that are installed using "ground stake lights" (you can see an example in the corners of the cemetery fencing).
