We used garden fencing to create the cemetery and purchased realistic tombstones to place inside — non of that RIP and stuff with skulls and bats on them. We placed a corrugated drain pipe to direct fog into the cemetery and added some red and orange lightbulbs in the corners of the fence for highlights. Pro Tip: Buy an extra set of ground stakes, and use the garden fence in your actual garden in the off season, then you don't have to store the fencing!
I use corrugated drain pipe for two purposes:
(1) I fill the pipe with ice to keep the fog cool, which helps the fog cling to the ground.
(2) I drill 1/2" holes about 6" apart, along one side of the pipe to distribute the fog into the fenced-in area of the cemetery
Cover the corrugated pipe with leaves to hide it. I covered the fog machine primarily to keep it dry if it rains, but it also hides the machine a bit (at night you can't see anything).
This is the first proof-of-concept test of the fog system using the draining pipe.
